Stéphanie Ngay-Katalay (born on 18 September 1987) is a member of the Brussels Bar since October 2011. She graduated with a Master degree in law from the Université catholique de Louvain in 2010. She then attended the program of the post-graduated Master in Information and Technology Law at the Facultés Notre Dame de la Paix and graduated in 2011.
Stéphanie is specialized in the fields of
· information and communication technology (ICT), including IT contracting, outsourcing and cloud computing, software and hardware related contracts (development, licensing, sales);
· personal data protection;
· intellectual property (IP), including protection, licensing/assignment, and enforcement of (technology-related) IP rights;
· e-commerce, consumer protection and market practices.
Stéphanie also practices general commercial law including dispute resolution and litigation cases.
Before joining Orbius in March 2017, Stéphanie used to work in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) department of the Belgian law firm Verhaegen Walravens.
Stephanie works in French and English and has a working knowledge of Dutch.
